My Dear Client,

You may file a petition for and on behalf your child before US Consulate in India with details of your sons US Passport and details of your passport and your husbands passport along with proof of marriage and copy of your sons birth certificate if any. Furnish the details of your husband, especially his place of stay, work place and contact phone numbers and state your grievance and add that he had not turmed up or he has not even look after his child for.the last 4 years. So request the US Cosulate.to forard the matter to appropriate dept. And to take immediate action in this regard. Stringent action will ne taken by the US gpvt. Since the matter of a US citizem is involved.
