Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband harrass me and my parents of divourcing me every now and then as I speak against the bias done by him and his family towards me and my kids.i have 1 son who is 6 yrs old and is completely handicap and 1 daughter of 1 yr.i do almost everything on my own for helping myself and my kids.all the problem is due to my inlaws though I love n respect them a lot and so my husband but they use my husband for their selfish intetests and do nothing for him or for me and my kids . husband fights me everyday on just sharing my problems I face everyday.plz help

your kids are too small for you to get into litigation. these are normal family problems .He must be using the threat of divorce in anger. try to talk to him and see what his grievances are you can consult a marriage counsellor too. for further details contact 9312411481.
