Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband is heavy drinker but i was living with him from 12 years, the school where he is principal one lady is hindi teacher she is characterless lady and she had relation with past principal when i noticed her same behavior towards my husband working as principal i informed chairman and director with proof that lady accepted and said sorry but school management didnt take action against her she continued after that incident till now from 6 months but before 4 days my husband was out of station i gave a phone call him talked and forgot to put mobile off and i heard that hindi teacher was with him and they did everything in between of the way somewhere i informed director mam till now no action against her and my husband left home with my daughter from last 1 month without money what should i do i am so harrased from everywhere i was also incharge in the same school but with planning my husband made me ready to leave job. kindly suggest me i am under severe tension.

you approach a local advocate and obtain divorce. File a criminal complaint for Adultery if you have sufficient evidence for proving your allegations in Court.
