Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My Husband kicked out me from home with my three child two daughters and one son, daughter 12 years old, son 10 years and last one 8 years old, Now i want to submit case for the maintenance of my kids can you please tell me how much Rupees will payable per kid if i win the case, also please tell me if my husband did not appear in court what will happened next ?

You all are entitled for maintenance but it depends on your case and circumstances then minimum is rs 5000 each child and also the financial position of your husband.
