my husband taken money with assurance of returning the same . i dont have any proof. he has left me and is residing with his brother, father. what can be done now

1) First ask him to repay. Record his reply. Then if he denies, file DV case against him.

2) Also mention the money showing how u paid by withdrawing from bank or otherwise.
