my husband is an nri working abroad, and having an extramarital affair with some Indian girl working in the same organisation. he has been caught many times after the commitment made that everything is over. now he don't want to keep me along with him, as now I am becoming a obstacle for him.
before I pursue for the divorce. I wanted to know the pros and cons, as I have one son who is going to start his college life. how do I claim compensation, as I was forced by my husband to leave the job.
