Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Husband and his parents cheated me by promising at the time of marriage proposals, that I can do job based on my education specialty and they do not need any dowry and in a couple of months husband will go to US for MS and I too can join him to do diploma or higher education and could settle in US etc etc... With all these false promises, I have accepted to marry him and we were married. Hardly one month only he is good with me, and the dowry harassment started by saying we got good matches who offered one crore, you bring nothing (though we have given them few lakhs) abusing me and my parents, on few occasions my husband manhandled me. He is always busy in chatting with girls, his mother and father want dowry and other gifts, his brother never respect me like Bhabi. On the whole they don't like me to do job, should stay in house do all the domestic works. My parents has given me quality and professional education, I did Masters and very much interested to be an employ and be in service.

Please advise me how I can take legal action against them since they have CHEATED me with FALSE Promises and harassing me for dowry indirectly. My father in law is in responsible position (State Govt employee) he too never stood on his words in regard with my job, future education in US and more over always do false promises in the name of God.

In order to avoid daily quarrel and my husband's ill treatment and manhandling, I left that house and at present living with my parents. Kindly advise me and save me.

Thanking You in advance and in anticipation, I remain with Respectable Regards.....
