my husband never supported me and my kids in any manner and so i left his home to join government job . Now after thirteen years of my marriage he has filed divorce under HMA which i have not contested and i am taking care of all needs of our two sons since from their birth . Kindly please guide if my kids are going to get their rights on his assets or not

Yes you children are entitled and have independent right of inheritance and they are also entitled to maintenance, marriage expense etc. Siddharth 9811776422
