Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If a husband gives two talaks and wife took khula in family court whose decree is suspended by the high. Court, and by the time they want to reconcile, are they able to do nikkah again?

Yes they can reconcile but after entering into a new contract of Nikah.

If 90 days from first talaq have been passed, then they can't as per shariah... Forget the law when Shariah comes.. [email protected]

Even after 90 days, as per Shariah they may contract marraige onec again with out an interven marriage as third talaq is yet not pronounced,

if husband pronounce 2 talaks and further wife get khula which also equellent to one talak in my opinion although there is three pronouncements but even then not continuance and in chain and also not by husband prounounced all three so parties can rejoin with fresh nikkah without intervenning course.
