Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband had thrown me out from my matrimonial home without any fault of me. After waiting for one year, i failed crpc 125 maintenenence case. At the time of final arguments, my husbands counsel put a blame of murder on me and called me a murderer before judge and the same alligation was not mentioned by him in his reply and evidence by way of affadavit or anywhere.
He said orally but very confidently.
But this is totally a false alligation made by them.
Now my question is
1) Will this statement affect my maintenence?
2) Can i file defamation case on my huaband? If he said orally.
