Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am indian software engineer married 7 years ago. wife is very bnon-adjusting and suspicious for evry thing. have a boy child 6 year old which she visicously manged to keep with her all the time ad with her parents. two ears ago i took them to US hoping to set right. But she is adamant and criminally planned to xhange the dependency of my son from me to her, and thretened me not to think of coming back to india as she wants to keep the child from his paternal grandparents all the time. now I am back in india as my visa needs renewal and she got a ajob. Now tell me how to get my son here and me to have atleast 50% custody. i love my son very much.

After 5 years of age of your child, you have right to claim custody of your child. So you may approach the court to get custody.
