if the lady is mentally ill and have not stayed for even a year after marriage together, neither had the marriage registered in 2007, can she asked for Allemny from her husband. The lady is working with a salary of 8 k monthly.

if she is mentally ill how can shje be working you are contradicting yourself. Alimony depends upon what you are earning. And yes probably she is entitled for maintenance.
