Legal Question in Family Law in India
I m mother of 10year old daughter.my divorce was declared in 2012.there in it wad mentioned that whole responsibility of child is on me like her study,medical,marriage.everything.but therr got one tyoe miste as i was petnitioner no 2 and my ex was 1.one clues types mistakely as petitioner no 2, that us me will not claim custody of my daughtet..which actually is with me only and while her responsibility is with me..how can this be corrected..pls advice.
