Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi, I m Sifat. I have a daughter. I m divorcee. My ex husband remarry after divorce. But he file a kidnapping case false allegation against my father and brother. always threat us that he will take my daughter. my daughter afraid of her father. he don't give her any expense. he said they took away the girl they will bear her expense. what should I do????

You may go to police station and lodge a general diary. If you think you may lose your daughter any time, I would suggest you to go to court and get an injunction order.
