Maine 498A,divorce aur maintenance case kiya hai.Divorce case to aage badh raha hai but maintenace abhi tak start nh hua hai.Main puchna chahti hu ki agar mera divorce ho jata hai aur agar maintenance start nh hota hai to mujhe divorce ke baad alimony milegi ya nh ya monthly maintenace hi lena padega

You can file application u/s 24 & 25 HMAct in your divorce proceeding claiming maintenance and misc. litigation expenses. If you have filed maintenance petition then even if divorce is allowed even then you shall be entitled for maintenance depending on circumstances.
