Legal Question in Family Law in India

male (Hindu) legally married at 30 years of age to a female (Hindu) of 18 years old in the year 1991. Boy born in 1992 another Boy in 1995 and living with ME. in the year 2001 WIFE left the house disowning ME and Children as she is a habitual offender in illicit affairs. till date i have NOT Married. NOT given DIVORCE. but thru reliable sources it is understood that she Married to another and gave birth to a Boy and living in newzealand country. NOW i wish to proceed legally to set the record straight. under what sections she will be punished (both civil and criminal) ? will she and others be punished severely ? how much time it takes tentatively ? case should not trouble my unmarried children. both settled in their life as they are 26 & 23 years respectively. kindly suggest me properly to proceed further

Try to stay calm and care for yourself instead of punishing others. You are already 58. Settle your life and draw peace. You may seek divorce on the ground of "desertion" since she is not in touch with you. Also, since she is in a foreign country, you may not be liable for any maintenance.
