When a marriage take place under 420,emotional blackmailing,pressuraise ,hipnotism ,totally fraud & forcefully & hiding truthness & after it he will demand for money to give divorce .police didn't file my case properly I continue go to police station from 2 years but they don't file,after it when Delhi Govt help me they file a FIR only of 498a not covering to under section ---420,hiding fact,emotional blackmailing & pressuraise & the marriage was obtained by force & fraud,'by hipnotism & above all this the most important thing for female is her 'VERGINITY' so also include 'RAPE' because it was his duty that he told honestly about him before the FIRST NIGHT because there is no right to anyone to destroy verginity of a girl through hiding fact & her life so troubled because of all I never will get a best life partner & in further life may be done many adjustments to me for resettle.
In this condition is there is no right ? to honour that she can finish her marriage one sided,Govt. declare her marriage null & give a certificate to her of annulled & free her for taking next chance & resettle to her life.
Because, in my family I am alone with my 61 years old mother,simple & very honest by nature she is serving for state Govt.last 39 years very honestly she is shocked & worried day 2 day about my future & resettlement.
The second party is very clever they belong to Rajasthan state,by giving money to police & lawyer they have a large setting to police station so my case couldn't file till 2 years after the help of Subhan ji Abbasi from Delhi Govt.the local police file my case only FORMAL to ignore the seriousness & defthness of matter thereafter not filed truly & properly yet .Yet today I regular trying to file the case properly to including the all section which incidence happened with me.
In this case from the second party the candidate,his father ,mother,sister friend Subodh Sharma from Indian Television Academy Mumbai who give me the false information about the candidate Bhuvanesh Dave from ITA Mumbai before the marriage ,all are criminal & responsible for this marriage they continuously pressuraising to me to marry Bhuvanesh because I refused so many times for this marriage because of rough behaviouring & told some wrong & unwanted words from Bhuvanesh & also filling me the wrong man & not suitable for me from any angle.
So,in the and please give me suggestions that how can I get a certificate of Annulled or a Null Marriage, at present I am 35 years old (dob 02/11/1977) & I want to resettle very soon i am also a regular M.P. State Govt. Employee & because this incidence I couldn't enjoy my service life as well as personal & social life .And all the time I have a lot off burdon of court peshi & getting trouble to serve my best in my job.
The main reason of this type incidence could be the 'WEAK LAWS' & 'LIBERAL LAWS' of our Country.so the people don't have a fear to fraud & doing wrong works.
There should be the fully transperancy like serious matter the Marriage is,is necessary.
Please give suggestions for 'Re-marriage' of me without divorce through the previous marriage life should be declare NULL or ANNULLED because of above matter & the defaulter as well as criminal can go to the Prison .
I think so, that there is no necessity to take divorce or file divorce in further,such a fraud marriage.I have a lot of proof against second party.And I am ready for brain mapping.
The marriage was held on 30/06/2009 from my city Ratlam (M.P.) & I having hardly one week marriage life,from 23/07/2009 i a am with my mother at Ratlam. After it he came here 2 times,and always he quarrelling with me,my mother & to also other family members.before this, whenever I was with him he always quarrelling with me,beat me,& doing unwanted behaviour to me at public place,between family members my sides & his sides & pressure to me for developing relations during mensuration cycle.
So please guide me the necessary rules to free from him as soon as possible but I want it within one month.
I & also my family members have no dialogue with him & his family members since August 2009.
The case of 498a was file on Feburary 2011 but noone peshi could take place yet today I have my next peshi on 11/07/2013 but I want before this,
that the necessary sections which I describe above could be include with this case or as required the Supplementary Challan may be present by police or The court order to police to proper investigations & file the case soon.

You have all rights available under Prevention of Women against Domestic Violence Act, 2005 as also under Sections 498-A, 406/420 of IPC. Moreover, you are entitled to register a case against the accused persons at the place where you are living after separation.
