Legal Question in Family Law in India

Im married on Aug2012 my wife was schizophrenia patient.This truth is came out on september month.So on December month i m filled DVC against them and also mentioned about her problem.They filled 498a in 2013MAY so i came out with conditional bail and Court does not started any TRAIL also.Now they are harassing us with Maintenance Case .No children for us.What amount should i pay to her.

Still im Depending up on My Family.We dont have any ASSETS also. Now Im not working in any job still im in Job trails What should i do Now Please Help Me.

Dont worry, you dont have to pay anything, but concentrate on your case of Annulment of marriage immediately.

You might have to return her 'istridhan'. The illness you mentioned, if proved, if a ground for "annulment" of marriage in which case the court may not grant any maintenance.
