Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married in Feb 2012 and left to America. after two months of my marriage, we had a petty issue n he sent me back India. after then I tried my best to get back to him. now they want to give me divorce and get married again. since its one year we r staying separate, is there any way my husband can file divorce without my knowledge n consent? I don't want divorce n I want to stay with him. their intention is to make me wait like this for few more years n marriage gets dissolved. is it possible? way shod I do to stop divorcing me

he can file a petition for divorce in America but the same may not be valid in India if he files a petition for divorce in India, you can defend the same.

If a divorce case is filed by your husband in USA, you may obtain stay from courts in India, after you get summons from US court.

No its not possible to end up marriage just by staying seprate....... one need to get divorce legally in order to get his marriage disolved........
