Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had married a girl 700km far(only registered marriage) out of Facebook love in 2017 but later found that she is cruel, abusive, having lots of affairs and liar. So, I decided not to do household with her and have a divorce. But problem is that she has all our certificates and I have nothing. She neither wants to divorce me, nor wants to live with me, nor wanting to give back my registry marriage certificate. Only abusing me over phone. She lives with her parents. We have been living separate since the marriage registration. I want to get divorce and marry other woman of parents' choice after divorce. What should I do now ? Also inform me the probable cost.

(PS : no child, hindu marriage, my age 27, girl age 21)

Duplicates can be availed from the registrar's office. File a divorce proceeding immediately and meanwhile Inform the Mahila thana of her jurisdiction. Cost is city specific. Rs. 30,000/- to 50,000/-
