Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello .i married in 2014 ... from 2014-2016 me & husband happily together i married my dad's sister son only nt strange person ....after coming to inlaws place i dont no what has happened to my husband he left me & went to his work place .my inlaws torchered me so much mentally & they keep on telling to his son complaint about .me. one day i called to my parents & spoke about issues & scolded them in mobile i dont no it had been recorded after that my husband came & took my mobile automatically record was played he was angrily scolded me & in laws torchered me & called my parents .me n my parents asked sorry apologize later again they keep on torchering so i came to my parents place in 2016may since from 2017april we are not together they are not allowing me to come back .. my question is if they file the case did that record audio will make proof to get divorce easily .. i dont want to give divorce i want to live wit my husband ..plz guide me
