Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have a married life of 8.5 years with 2 kids. My wife was always having wordy fights with my mother. 12 days ago, she left home and was absconding for 3 days. I lodged complaint in Local Police Station next day she gone out. Later once she was found at her grandma's place, we pleaded by ways of relatives but she did not responded. Even when she came to give statement in local Police station, she accused me and asked a written guarantee from my self only. Since the day she left, she has not even inquired once about the kids. I am quite frust as the kids are quite young and my old mother father will not able to take there care. My posting is not also in the city. Last 20 days we as a family have stressed up and can not decide what to do. Pls guide.

The best way is to persuade her to return home - not through police but only by love and affection. You should swallow your ego and give her the desired "guarantee" in the presence of common friends/relatives.
Try to solve the problem at social platform and avoid lawyers and police.
