Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, i got married 11 months ago, my husband and his family beaten and torchered me several times asking for dowry and now he send me to my mother's home and filled RCR against me and till now two hearings over, for the first hearing his lawyer appeared but he didn't came and so i filled my counter petition along with return of articles (I A). And for the second hearing my husband and his lawyer both didn't came to court.His only intention is to get a mutual divorce from me by threatening like i need to sign mutual divorce where as only then he will give my jewelry of 20 Sovereigns. But im not interested in mutual consent.

So my question is,

When will i get my order for return of articles IA.

And what will be the circumstances if he refuses to come to the court for the next hearing also

Dear client if he will not come court on next hearing then file application to dismiss his petition. U can also file police complaint against husband and his family with women cell of police for dowry harassment under sec 498a. For any legal help call me
