Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married twelve years back and was separated after one and half years. Then my son was 6months old. After few years of separation we took mutual divorce. Son was with me. After few years last year my ex has come back with Reunion proposal. After remarriage I went along with him to his country. But my son wasn't taken as my husband wanted him to be in India for the time being.

After going there I came to know that he did not tell anyone about my son so he left him in India.

He has got so many illegal contacts. I asked him with proofs. He is asking me for divorce now. He is telling that he would spoil my son's career and threatening him directly that if go for any case or so he will put different cases on my son and he will ruin his life. He calls him and speaks to him for hours. Despite of telling him that my son is having a lot of homework he forces him to speak for long time. Now he is saying that my son should go alone and stay with my in laws for a day or two at least. My son hardly mingled with them. They won't talk with my son. If I don't send my son there he is threatening me of filing a complaint against me that I am not allowing my husband to enjoy his rights. How should I deal with this problem??

My question is what should I do in this kind of scenario.

How to safeguard my son Who is getting depressed day by day

What kind of rights do my son have to safeguard himself

What can I do for my son.

How far my husband's threatening is legally valid.

What would happen if my son is not willing to go to my in laws alone.

Please answer my queries as I am very much worried.
