i want to married with one widow girl and adopt her child for only education purpose . i dont want to give him any property . sons age is 10 years. his father name require in aadhar card and school. i dont want to face any difficulty in future?pl advise what i do

Adoption can not be for a particular purpose like you said for education purpose only. As per law on adoption the adopted child become the member of adopted family and become entitled and liable for all rights, obligations including inheritance etc. There are specific rituals to be followed in adoption and on adoption the required changes are necessary to be carried in records including Aadhar etc. In case of need consult with details.
