I,m a married women, have a 2yrs old boy, my husband is a lorry driver, i dont have hope on him, so i wish to study & work for my child's & my future, he threatens me that he will kill me or harass me if i do so, pls help me to file a case & get divorce,

You may consider seeking divorce on the basis of cruelty. You may also be entitled to maintenance. However, you should reconsider your decision in view of tender age of your child.
