Legal Question in Family Law in

I am married for last 12 years without any issue and now going for a mutual divorce. My husband stays abroad. We had no phisycal relation for last 6 years and we have adopted a girl child 4 years back. Now I am pregnant from my live in relation and want to give birth to this child as I was waiting for this moment for last 12 years. My question is: can I use my maiden surname for the new born? My second question can i change my daughters surname also in my maiden surname bcoz my daughter custody is on me. Thanks

yes you can keep your maiden surname for the new born as well as change your daughter's surname.
