Legal Question in Family Law in India
I want to marry an army officer who is already married and have 1yr girl child.he also want to marry me but his wife is not giving him divorce.she is saying that if he will give her divorce she will not lwt him meet his daughter ever and will put his parents behind the bars.is there some legal rule by whixh ahe can be bound to let him meet his daughter

Every parent has a right to see his/her child. So father may move an application for visitation rights over 1 year old child, divorce or not. Later, if father may prove that welfare of the child is in the custody of father, he may claim custody also.

She cannot stop him from meeting his daughter as he is natural guardian and will remain so for lifetime.
