Legal Question in Family Law in India

my medition has been completed but charge sheet has not been gone from mahila thana til now. fir given against me was of 498a,,504,506,323. and she has also put case of dvand crpc125, sec14. is there wil be arrest of me now.? what should i do now? what wil be the maintainance amout it is 1 year of my marriage.and have no child. and dont have anything in my name . i take poket money from my father as i and my brother and father are in same shop.
