you can have visitation schedule, otherwise second marriage is no conditional ground to change custody rights. welfare of the minor is to be seen and must be assured while deciding the factor of custody.

dear brother it depends of factual grounds of the case but now in light of new cases the second marriage of wife is no ground but walfare of kids are most important factor for custody cases. my advice is to file case of custody and defend on your own grounds.
