can i get money instead of the dowry given to me by my parents?

they are also trying to prove me mentally ill on the basis of depression a women has after giving birth can they get my child away from me on the basis of this?

If the articles of your dowry are present your demand for money in alternate can't be honored by the court .

At this stage of tender age the court will not allow their petition of custody.
