Legal Question in Family Law in India

my mother passed away and dad got remarried that lady is holding us citizenship but after marrying she does not want to go back to us and have got oci sorted.she has two kids both inUS.but in india she is trying to create tension between my dad and bother.and she wants everything written on her name.as a daughter do i have any right. iam married.i will be thankful to you please guide me.

You have a right if the property is ancestral otherwise if it is your father's self acquired property then you have no right. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]
