As a mother would i need need permission from the father take a child of the country if DNA proves he's not the father? Also what rights does a man that sign for a child have but he's not the father?

Is there a father's name on the birth certificate of the child? If yes, steps would have to be taken to remove the name from the birth certificate.

The stated father would in law have rights.

yes, because prima facie evidence of fatherhood is what name appearing in the father's name Column of the birth certificate. An Application should be made with supporting affidavit to the Registrar General of Births & Death, Georgetown, Guyana annexing the original DNA document or certified copy of same to have the correct name of FATHER appear in the Father's Name Column for the Registrar General take the decision to remove the name from the birth certificate and insert the new name, or to leave the Column BLANK, depending on the facts stated in the supporting Affidavit. Concerning the rights of a father who has signed for a child, he has all rights, and for custody matters must go to the High Court of the Supreme Court of Judicature while in maintenance and support matters they are started in a magistrate's court in the jurisdiction where the child resides for a quicker resoution to the issue, though the maintenance and support issue could be dealt with simultaneously at the High Court with the custody issue.
