Legal Question in Family Law in India

my mother have a piece of land which was registered at her name and without making any will she passed away in 2014 land is aquired by her in year 2000, and was got married in 1992. we are 3 bothers and 1 sister,

now at the time of disposal of that piece of land my brother said that i do not have any legal right in that property.

kindly suggest me what should i do to get my share back
