Can mother in her will, give the right of 50% share of her property (20 marla house) to his son in law in the presence of 2 sons and 2 daughters? or property will be divided in 2 brothers and 2 sisters?

now the property will only be divided among the legal heirs only i.e 2 daughters and 2 sons. and the respective share of each legal heir will be each son 2/6th and each daughter 1/6th of the whole property left in legacy by the deceased mother.
