I m.separated from my husband hv a daughter of 2.5 years can I take up a job in .canada n tk my daughter without a divorce. Wud apply for divorce post moving to new country. I was 1 month pregnant ven I separated my husband never contacted me after that. I was fed up of tortured m a Hindu.
