Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a Muslim and I got married in front of the registrar under special marriage act of1954.A month later I got my Nikkah( religious Marriage done). I have also got my nikkah( certified by the Deputy Collector --Government). Since I am a Muslim (n so is my spouse), what will I have to do now to get myself ,to be treated under the Muslim marriage act by Indian law. Do I have any option to convert my marriage to the Muslim marriage act as I am Muslim a practicing Muslim and would like to treated under Islamic law when it comes to marriage also .
