Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got mutual divorce decree 3 months ago but the 125 case is still pending. still my ex wife did not withdraw the case though the final alimony was given to her. Sir is there any problems occurred if I marry again?

In mutual divorce agreement, everything is to be settled. better to come with documents.
