Legal Question in Family Law in India

Nameste SIR,
Sir my Younger brother wife has filed case of Dowery and Domestic violence (498A, 323, 504, 506,3/4 DV )so after that my father has disowned my younger brother due to bad behavior of his wife and him. but now his wife is saying that she want residence in my parents house which is there self owned house , my brother is an NRI and before marriage he used to live in DUBAI. but her wife now don't want to go to Dubai with him, my parents don't want to keep both of them. so in this regard please help that whether court will allow her to live in my parental house or in any way she can take permission to live in my parents house. we have filed Section 9 and my parents disowned my younger brother.
