Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
In my Nikah Nama, if i contract another marriage, i'll have to pay 500,000 PKR to my existing wife. Can i contract another marriage without consent of my existing wife by, afterwards, paying her 500,000 PKR and can i force her to stay with me if she wants to get that amount???...she is pregnant too....What are the possibilities here sir?

you can not marry another woman without permission of the first wife legally. on the other hand, such condition is illegal as repugnant to the injunction to Islam.
