Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am Paying Interim Child Support, and I live abroad. I am thinking to Move back to Pakistan. The only issue is If go back to Pakistan I have to leave job and as a result I have no income and off course it takes time to find new Job in Pakistan. My question is the time when I have no job how I get relief from court to not pay support money during that time.? What is the legal position on that.

maintenance of minors is the responsibility of father, dont take it as burden. Allah Almighty may ease up this for you.
