Legal Question in Family Law in India

Property valued at $50 lakh occupied by step mom and half brother for the past 14 years after dad's death in 2004. Previous mom kids son and 2 daughters. The son was kicked out pf home by step mom at an early age, she burnt certificates and belongings of daughter. step mom ok to divide the property equally among 5 and take the ownership of the property. Eldest Daughter also wants to own the property. What is the best solution in the interest of the eldest daughter.
