Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi All,
I Have a questions & I feel its complicated. I was Married in Feb-28-2016, But the girl who i got married, she separated from husband & was not divorced legally & she has daughter also. I was in love with her since from 5 years & married her in front of my friends & office collegues. And after the marriage she applied for divorce & she got Ex-parte divorce in Jan-2017, In this mean while i was not well & had to undergo a major surgery. And Family is not ready to accept her at all bcoz she is divorced. And i am unable to go out of family. I told her its not possible to live with her anymore. But she is too attached with me & she is not ready to go out of my life. She is kind of threatening me, She is telling she will come & commit suicide in front of my house itself. She is having all proof for marriage like Photos of marriage, Invitation card, recent photos which we took, Call recording which i spoke to her.
So, Kindly suggest me what to do further & is our marriage is legal or not. And she is working, If she demands for any monetary benifit. Should i need to pay or not. But Her only intension is to live with me. And Bcoz of my family am unable to accept her.
