Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

Salam Alakium; I have a question if you can help with. My grandfather died

25 years ago and left close to million dollars cash with many businesses

and lands etc. My dad took 45% of his share of the cash and nearly nothing

of the bussiness share: which was agreed each brother would take one of the

bussiness and live on it ; it may have equaled close to million dollars by

now if my father accually was receiving his share of that but he recieved

nearly none of that.

My father and uncles were born in gaza and raised in saudi.

Since my father is not saudi is there equal rights? My oldest uncle is the

reason for this ; he took control of all of the wealth after my grandfather

died. What can we do? You can reply to my email please not on the site and please dont post my question on the site.

Mohammed
