Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir

Divorce case filed by husband, Cross examination PW-1 (husband) started. Some names came during cross examination. I want to call them to clarify the truth .

Q1-- Is it husbands duty to bring them to prove his statements OR I have to request court to call them to prove his statement wrong?.

Q2-- Some of them are in his witness list also. Can they be called twice a) as a cross witness b) as a witness as per witness list.
