sir i hvae the ceritifed copy of settlement deed.now wife not ready to do sign on first motion.and she agree on evry thing in settlemnt deed where she ready to with draw all crminal case like 498,406 and dv.now how can i proceed further with that certified copy.will this settlement deed help me over come all such cases.this settlement done in the court of ADJ karkardooma.pls suggest...

The settlement deed may be helpful in criminal case. however, it may not be helpful for getting divorce.
