sir mari wife ne khula ka case kiya ha court ma lekin abi khula hoi ni ha dates par rahi ha wo mujhe bachoo se milne ni detti kiya ma bachoo ki custody ka case kar sakta ho mare 2 bache ha larki 3 and half year and larka 1 and half year plz mujhe bataye ma kya karo

Yes u can file guardian and wards case ...but u must contact to your wife first without any delay talk her directly without any third person
