Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I'm married to a Hindu girl under Christian marriage since I'm Christian, we both lived together but now living separately from 3 yrs Now that Iam planning for overseas I would like to remove her name from my passport but to go according with court for divorce it takes long time as Iam having only 20days to submit my application is there any way to show the embassy that we are separated legally and she will not accompanying me.

Mere separate living does not mean a 'legal' separation. You can be legally separated only if you have obtained an order from the court.

If you are separated "legally", carry with you the court order.

there is no other way but you can try an affidavit by your wife. may be it will work else go for divorce.
