Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Sir. I am married and have a small boy less than a year. There was a small quarrel between my wife and me. (my wife has recordings of my voice). She went to his parents home and filed a gruhahimsa case on my family. Her parents encouraged her to put a case and getting ready for divorce.

My Grandfather gave property to his sons.( A ,B). through Registration at subregistar office. My father(A) holds 15 acres of agriculture land and I hold 11 acres of land. I want to know how much share we will have to give. How do we protect our property and come out of this case. Please suggest me.

Wife has no property rights yet. You have not to give any property. Wife can only claim maintenance and nothing else. You should try once to bring your wife back. It is foolish to decide for divorce so early.
