Sir meri Bv naraz ho ker chali gaye hai aur meri 2 minor daughters 491 case ke through bhi le gayi hai . wo mere nikah men hai aur mere sath rehna nahi chahti . kya iss surat men wo mujhse maintenance Le sakti hai ? aur agar men guardianship ka case file karta hun to court mujhe bachon se milne ka waqt degi ya nahi aur month men kitni bar . or court men mulakat ya ghar men please give me ans in detail i shall be thankful to you

Yes you got right to file guardian petition and court will decide the matter but during curt allow visitation.
But your wife is nor entitled maintenance only children.
